As the wheel of the year turns toward Samhain, we are called to honor the cycles of release, reflection, and renewal. The Sacred Pause invites you to slow down and align with the rhythms of nature. This day retreat honors the transition into the darker months, offering space for rest, self-discovery, and deep connection to both yourself and the elements around you.
We will journey through movement, breathwork, and heart-centered practices that gently guide you to release what no longer serves, create space for inner clarity, and welcome new energy. By embracing both movement and stillness, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom and align with the natural cycles of transformation, inviting a sense of renewal and deep grounding.
Example Retreat Schedule:
12PM – Arrival & Opening Circle
We begin by gathering together to open the space by setting intentions and creating a shared atmosphere of trust and connection for the day.
12:30PM – Releasing Meditation
A guided meditation designed to help release any stagnant energy, allowing you to gently let go of tension and transition into a place of inner stillness and calm.
1:30PM – Cacao Circle & Movement Practice
Experience a heart-opening cacao circle and mindful movement, fostering connection with yourself and others.
3:30PM – Restorative Late Lunch
Savour a nourishing, grounding meal, offering you time to pause and reflect before the afternoon’s practices.
4:30PM – Ritual of Surrender
Engage in a relaxation ritual that invites you to embrace stillness and connection, creating space for release and inner peace.
5:30PM – Transition to Munnelly's Cove (5-minute drive)
6-7PM – Sunset Sauna & Ocean Dip (Optional)
Conclude the day with connection to nature by immersing into Tide & Time Sauna and dipping in the wild Atlantic ocean at sunset. 7-
7:30PM: Closing Circle
Gather for a final circle to share insights, reflections, and gratitude. We will honour our collective experience and prepare to transition back into the world, carrying the day’s lessons forward.
