Join West Coast Wellness for a beach yoga class on Enniscrone Beach before a short and scenic walk to the Pier for a dip in the ocean and Sauna session.

6:30pm: Beach Yoga Class
8pm: Dip, Sauna
*the sauna will be open for us until 9pm*

Please bring a yoga mat, lots of layers for the weather, a swimsuit and a towel for the ocean dip and sauna, and drinking water or herbal tea.

Option to join for just beach yoga (€14) or yoga & sauna (€25).
