Give yourself the gift of taking the time to feel your body, connect with your breath and relax your mind. Sunday Self-Care is a time for you to spend focused on no one else but you.
Join for a regular, mindful practice that allows you to deepen your connection with yourself.
Classes are suitable for all levels. Some experience with yoga is helpful but not required.
Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes that you can move in, drinking water or herbal tea, warm socks and a blanket.
