Join us for a free sound bath with Aisling Leonard following a 5pm vinyasa yoga flow. This sound bath is open to all, whether you attend the yoga class or not.
Create this time and space to enjoy a relaxing sound bath infused with meditation and breathwork with Aisling Leonard.
The healing frequencies and vibrations will ease your stress, tension, and cares as you feel and connect to the ground beneath you. All you have to do is give yourself full permission to release, relax and restore.
What do I need to bring?
Wear warm comfortable clothing that will allow you to rest comfortably.
Yoga mat or a waterproof blanket to lie on, and warm blankets to wrap yourself in.
A cushion or a pillow to support your head.
Perhaps you might prefer to bring a camping chair to sit on.
An eye pillow or sunglasses.
Sun cream.
Plenty of water.
