Hatha Yoga with Angela

Welcome to the Hatha Yoga class. We guide you through gentle asanas and breathe work. The class sequence consists of gentle stretches with emphasis on body alignment, strengthening and promoting flexibility in the body.

Please bring your mat and a cosy blanket for the relaxation at the end of class.
