Whether you are recovering from an injury, interested in building strength or mobility, trying to manage stress, or simply want to take an active approach to your physical and mental health, virtual wellness sessions with Jenn can help. These holistic wellness sessions will serve to guide you along your wellness journey with a focus on movement, breath, connection and awareness.

Jenn uses a combination of skills and tools form her training as a physiotherapist/DPT and as a yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher, as well as those from her own personal spiritual and healing journey. As a Certified Pre-and Post Natal Coach, Jenn is also well able to guide women on their wellness journey pre- and post- pregnancy.
