Meet Jenn

Jenn is committed to creating an inviting and accessible environment full of positive energies for students to open themselves up to exploring their bodies, minds, and spirituality.

With a background in psychology and kinesiology, and as a trained Doctor of Physical Therapy and Chartered Physiotherapist, Jenn has a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and is a strong advocate for using movement as medicine. She has a great understanding of anatomy and biomechanics as well as the overall benefits movement and breath.

Jenn completed her first 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Sampoorna Yoga and her second 200-hour Shamanism and Kaula Tantra Yoga Teacher Training with Durga’s Tiger School in Ecuador in 2021. She has also completed a Yoga Nidra teacher training and is thrilled to be able to offer a wide variety of class types and tempos.

For those who have a current or previous injury, disease, or disorder, Jenn also offers private online yoga sessions to ensure your individual needs are met to optimise your overall physical and mental wellness.
